After Mumbai Indians' narrow win over Punjab Kings on Thursday, a interesting post went viral on social media. In the screenshot of the post, allegedly re-shared by Mumbai Indians' Mohammad Nabi, a person by the display name of ijaz.azizi07 wrote on his instagram story: "@mumbaiindians some of you captain's decision is very strange and surprise people!? Nabi didn'y bowl today."

The Insta story also mentioned: "President. Gamechanger at a very important time! Two catches and one run out."

Mohammad Nabi is a veteran spin allrounder from Afghanistan who was roped in by MI in the IPL 2024 auction. In the match against Punjab Kings, Nabi was run out for 0. While he did not bowl, he ttok the catches of Ashutosh Sharma and Shashank Singh - two players who almost took PBKS to a win against MI. He was also involved in the run out of Kagiso Rabada - who was the final wicket to fall.

However, the instagram story post, that social media says has been reshared by Mohammad Nabi, was not present on his profile on Friday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Pandya has been fined for MI's slow over-rate in the match against Punjab Kings.
