Wrestlers Protest Live Updates: Prominent Indian wrestlers such as Vinesh Phogat, Sakshi Malik, Sumit Mallik and Bajrang Punia have been protesting at New Delhi's Jantar Mantar for the third consecutive day on Friday. In a startling revelation, Vinesh Phogat alleged that Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has been sexually exploiting women wrestlers for years.  The wrestlers have also alleged that several coaches at the national camp in Lucknow have exploited women wrestlers, prompting the government to constitute a three-member committee to probe the allegations. Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur met the wrestlers on Thursday night as the demand for sacking the WFI chief grew louder. The minister said that the allegations are serious and the government has already taken steps. According to sources, the Wrestling Federation will send a response to the Sports Ministry over the sexual harassment allegations by 3 pm.
