Sheezan Khan, who was Tunisha Sharma's ex-boyfriend and co-star in Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul, was sent to judicial custody on Saturday for 14 days in the suicide case. His lawyer Shailendra Mishra spoke exclusively to ETimes TV and informed that he will be holding a press conference on Monday along with Sheezan's family.
Advocate Mishra shared that he would be addressing all the allegations that have been levelled against Sheezan in the PC.

He said, "Wait till Monday 11 am, we will give clarification on everything. I will be taking a press conference with Sheezan's family. Every question asked will be replied in letter and spirit including every gratification required for proving it beyond a reasonable doubt that the investigation has been misled and misguided by making allegations which are false. There is no evidence and everything has been misused. Investigation done in the matter was not the right move."
Sheezan demanded that his hair shouldn't be cut before being taken in custody. Advocate Shailendra Mishra revealed the reason behind it. "The moment he comes out he has to earn his livelihood for himself and his family. So, his appearance matters to him the most," he stated.

He further shared why they haven't moved for bail yet. "This court has no jurisdiction. Today is a Saturday, 31st December as well as vacation. So, I have to remove certain certified copies. Post removal of which I will be able to file it. So, Monday first thing in the morning, we will be filing for a bail application."

He further added, "I am having a press conference on Monday around 11 am along with members of Sheezan's family. And I said earlier, we will be speaking about...secret girlfriend or boyfriend there."

Tunisha Sharma hanged herself in Sheezan's makeup room on the sets of their show Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul on December 24. Sheezan Khan is facing charges for abetement of suicide after her mother filed a complaint against the actor.
