Watch: Telangana man falls in bid to board moving train, saved by rail Staff

A passenger trying to board a moving train at a local station in Telangana's Vikarabad narrowly escaped a mishap, thanks to alerted passengers and railway officials. The chilling incident was captured by a CCTV camera installed on the platform. The footage shows a man trying to board a train running from Bidar to Yeswantpur as it leaves the platform. The man falls and is dragged along the platform when fellow passengers alerted railway officials. Railway officials then stopped the train.  With the help of RPF police, they broke the edge of the platform and pulled out the passenger to save his life and shifted the passenger to Vikarabad Government Hospital.

Hemant Soren 'missing' as Enforcement Directorate probe heats up in land scam case

An Enforcement Directorate team visited the Delhi residence of Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren to question him in connection with a money laundering investigation and camped there for over 13 hours, during which they searched the premises. Official sources claimed Soren was "missing" and could not be contacted by the federal agency but a family member alleged that a "false" narrative was being set to "delegitimise" the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leader's position. The Enforcement Directorate officials also seized Soren's BMW car and a bag containing documents as they left.

Enforcement Directorate to question Tejashwi Yadav today in land-for-jobs case

A day after the Enforcement Directorate questioned the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav in the land-for-jobs case, the federal probe agency has now summoned his son and former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, Tejashwi Yadav, for questioning. According to sources, he will be questioned by the ED on Tuesday in Patna.
