Three-member Home Ministry team headed by advisor AK Mishra arrives in Imphal to assess situation

In response to the recent spate of killings and violence in Manipur, the Union Home Ministry on Monday rushed a three-member team of officials to access the situation. The Home Ministry panel, headed by advisor AK Mishra, landed in Imphal on January 22 at approximately 5:45 pm, sources told India Today.
The three members team include AK Mishra ( interlocutor Naga peace talk), Mandeed Singh Tuli ( Joint Director SIB, New Delhi) and Rajesh Kumble (Joint Director SIB Imphal).
