Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Wednesday whether DMK chief and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin would snap ties with the Congress for 'Tamil culture and pride' over Congress leader Sam Pitroda's controversial remarks.

Pitroda stoked controversy earlier in the day with his remarks that people in East India resembled the Chinese, while those from South India looked like Africans.
