Amid the NEET UG results 2024 row, another discrepancy by the National Testing Agency (NTA) has come to light, as the agency uploaded the result of Ayushi Patel, an aspirant from Lucknow, on the wrong application number. This came as NTA claimed that Patel's NEET result was not announced as her OMR sheet was torn and damaged.

Earlier, while labelling it as "NEET scam", she claimed that, as per the answer key released by the agency, her score should have been 715 out of 720 marks. However, according to the results generated on the wrong application number, Patel has scored only 335 marks, which stands in contradiction with her claims.

In a viral video, Patel disclosed that when she went to check her results, an error message was flashed on her report card saying, "Your results have not been generated."

She further claimed that she got an email from NTA stating that, due to damaged optical mark recognition (OMR), her result was not released.

In response to her claims, the NTA, in a clarification, said that no such mail was sent to the students.
