JDS MP sex videos case: HD Kumaraswamy says 'issue of Revanna family'

Janata Dal (Secular) leader HD Kumaraswamy has reacted to the 'sex videos' case involving his nephew and party MP Prajwal Revanna, saying "it's an issue of the Revanna family, we have nothing to do with it". The former Karnataka Chief Minister also questioned why his and his father, former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowda, were brought up since the case was "not a family issue".

Speaking to reporters in Bengaluru, the former Karnataka Chief Minister said that if anyone is found to be involved in any wrong doing, he or she will have to be punished according to law.

Kumaraswamy, however, expressed confidence that the JD(S) candidate from Hassan, which in this case is Prajwal Revanna, would win the Lok Sabha elections.
