Bihar Floor Test News: RJD targets Nitish Kumar after heavy security outside Tejashwi Yadav's residence

Amid huddles and shifting of MLAs to secure locations in the state or beyond ahead of the crucial trust vote, the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) alleged that the police personnel "wanted to enter (Tejashwi's) residence on any pretext and orchestrate untoward incidents against party MLAs".

"The people of Bihar are watching the misdeeds of Nitish Kumar and the police. Remember, we are not among those who fear and bow down. This is a struggle of ideology, and we will fight it and win because the justice-loving people of Bihar will oppose this police repression. Jai Bihar! Jai Hind."

Bihar Floor Test: 'Should have consulted allies of 3 decades': BKU president on RLD's possible switch to NDA

BKU president Naresh Tikait expressed disappointment over reports of RLD chief Jayant Singh showing an inclination to join the ruling NDA, saying he should have consulted those who were with him for decades before taking such a decision.

"When an enemy becomes a friend in politics can't be predicted. Jayant Chaudhary has his own thinking. But, he should have at least consulted the people who have been with him for three generations," Tikait said.
