A fresh round of India-China border talks was held on Thursday between the two countries in Beijing. The two sides had an in-depth exchange of views on how to achieve "complete disengagement" and resolve the remaining issues along the LAC, the External Affairs Ministry said. US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller also referred to the Congress party's allegations that tax authorities had frozen some of their bank accounts.
