NEW DELHI: Chief minister

Arvind Kejriwal

on Thursday argued his own case for about 10 minutes in the alleged

money laundering

case in which his

ED custody

was later extended to April 1 by a

court

.
Kejriwal told special judge Kaveri Baweja that ED’s sole mission is to implicate him and crush

AAP

after he was produced before the court following the end of his remand period.

He also alleged that a smokescreen of AAP being corrupt has been created before the country by ED. The agency, in its response, said Kejriwal wants to “play to the gallery”. While ED had sought his custody for seven more days, the court eventually granted it four days.
